Leonora Phelan set up Quince Art School in 2012 from her home in Cerne Abbas. She now runs weekly and one day art workshops, for adults and children, in beautiful spaces in and around Dorset. More recently she set up an additional programme of visiting artists to run one-off art workshops.

Leonora's main focus is to give students the fundamental skills (such as perspective and colour mixing)  so they are equipped to explore their visual creativity further. 

She believes "everyone can learn how to draw and paint, it just requires desire and commitment. The real creativity comes from working out how to use these skills."
